Black Monday in Owerri as women clad in black wail and protest Supreme Court judgement For Sacking Ihedioha
Owerri the Imo state capital was brought to a standstill as thousands of supporters thronged the city centre to protest the decision by the Supreme Court to sack Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP.
The Supreme Court had on Tuesday, January 14th sacked the then Governor, Emeka Ihedioha and directed the APC candidate Hope Uzodinma to be sworn in as governor.
Not many in Imo state were pleased and today they all marched out to protest. See some of the pictures from the protest below:
