Famous Ngeran comc actor, Afeez Oyetoro popularly known as “Saka” was attacked by armed robbers at hs resdence n Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The robbers, who stormed hs house early Tuesday mornng, demanded the sum of N20 mllon.
When the robbers couldn’t get the outrageous sum from hm, they beat hm up and carted away hs moble phones and laptops among others.
Oyetoro’s frend, Kayode Soaga confrmed the ncdent n a statement on Monday.
“The Robbers broke nto hs home at about 2 am, heavly armed wth pump acton guns, machetes, breakng-n tools. Hs securty guards were ted down and demoblzed.
“Three other houses on the street were robbed wth more devastatng effect. They broke the burglary proof and went straght to hm demandng #20 mllon or hs lfe. Threatenng to kll and destroy.
“He begged and pleaded. They later came down to #3 mllon nara whch he sad he doesn’t have. They dazed hm wth a resoundng slap etc. The armed robbers packed all androd phones, Phones, laptops, and all avalable cash n the home. Also collected all ATM cards. The robbers came wth POS to empty money n açcounts.
“Saka’s securty guards were demoblzed whle the guards of hs neghbours were not too lucky as they were shot several tmes n the arms. We thank almghty GOD for Saka’s Lfe as he’s dong fne,” the statement read.
The 59-year-old actor s sad to be dong fne wth hs famly after the shockng ncdent.
