A man has been hosptalzed after he accdentally cut off hs own testcles whle sleepng.
47-year-old Ghanan Farmer, Kof Atta, dozed off n an armchar and sad he managed to pck up a knfe whle sleepng and he had a dream about cuttng meat.
In hs sleep, he sad he mstakenly cut hs testcle.
Stll n a dream-lke state, the farmer from Assn Akomfede called for two neghbours who rushed to hs house and found hm alone, covered n blood.
In hs words –
“I was sttng n my char when I dozed off. In my sleep, I dreamt that I was cuttng some meat n front of me.
“I don’t remember how I pcked up the knfe, even I am confused.”
Accordng to the man, he was stll unsure of what had happened when hs neghbours came through, although he stood up and felt a sharp pan n hs gentals.
