A few young women have protested the Economc and Fnancal Crmes Commsson (EFCC) after t s clamed that ther partners have been detaned by the EFCC.
They were a part of a larger gatherng of youthful Ngerans who took to the streets to protest.
The women who clam to be datng Yahoo Boys durng the demonstraton n Warr, Delta state, requested the EFCC to leave them alone.
They clamed that ther daly lfe depends on the money the yahoo lads make from scams.
The young women are seen protestng whle totng banners wth varous messages n an onlne vdeo.
Ths comes days after the ant-graft agency detaned 95 suspected nternet scammers.
On September 29, they were detaned as part of a stng operaton at Warr’s Adesa Ughonton and Jedda axs. Addtonally, the suspects’ possesson of over a dozen exotc vehcles of varous brands and models was sezed.
One of the women protestng requested the release of her boyfrend so that they may celebrate her brthday and the dedcaton of ther kd together.
